  • If for any reason your order is not right, we will happily refund or exchange any full priced items. Your return must be shipped to us within 10 days of the purchase being received.
  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware returns & exchanges can take up to 5-8 working days to process from the time of delivery to H BRAND. In regards to exchanges please be aware you will need to pay for any additional shipping costs.
  • Sale & discounted items are non-refundable. If applicable, we might be able to do a size exchange with the exact same style/colour if its available. Email for more assistance.
  • We recommend returns are sent with a trackable & registered delivery service, as H BRAND does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
