Below is an outline on everything you need to know about H BRAND returns & exchanges.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

VIRTUAL POP UP SALE - Strictly no refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale is final. No coupon codes are valid during this sale period. 

  • All sale & discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • If for any reason your non sale order is not right, we will happily refund or exchange any full priced items. Your return must be shipped to us within 10 days of the purchase being received.
  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware returns & exchanges can take up to 5-8 working days to process from the time of delivery to H BRAND. In regards to exchanges please be aware you will need to pay for any additional shipping costs.
  • We recommend returns are sent with a trackable & registered delivery service, as H BRAND does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • In order to ensure your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner please follow the below instructions:
  • Items must be in their original condition: Unworn, unwashed, free from damage & with all original tags & packaging.
